Consertus Appoints Amer Jeambey to Lead Middle East and North Africa (MENA)

Established regional infrastructure investment leader to drive growth and delivery

MIAMI--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Consertus, Inc., a portfolio company of RTC Partners, has appointed Amer Jeambey as Executive Vice President and Managing Director, MENA. In this role, he will lead the firm’s Middle East and North Africa Division, driving regional growth through acquisitions, deepening client relationships, and expanding its integrated delivery capabilities.

Amer brings more than 20 years of experience across the MENA region, spanning investment management, corporate strategy, advisory, and large-scale capital project delivery. He has a strong track record of building regional platforms aligned with national development priorities, including urban development, healthcare, education, and other high-impact infrastructure programs.

He is recognized for combining technical expertise with a client-focused approach, helping public and private sector organizations plan, finance, and deliver complex major infrastructure investments across MENA markets.
