AuctionWorks Announces Multi-Asset UCC Foreclosure Auction Event Featuring Control Positions in Operating Companies

Three UCC auctions offer equity, membership, and partnership interests across Texas, Puerto Rico, and Oklahoma in structured distressed asset sales

SARASOTA, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--AuctionWorks, a division of AW Properties Global, LLC, today announced the upcoming public auction sales of equity, membership, and partnership interests in three separate commercial ventures pursuant to Article 9 of the Uniform Commercial Code.

The auctions will be conducted on behalf of the secured party and will take place virtually via Zoom on June 19, 2026.

The offerings include:

• 11:00 AM ET — Membership interests in Wavy Media LLC and Wavy Property Management LLC, Puerto Rico-based entities

• 11:15 AM ET — Limited partnership interests in Jamp Stokesbury, LP, a Texas-based investment entity

• 11:30 AM ET — Equity interests in 2180 Holdings Company Inc, M.L. Jones, LLC, and ML Jones Prefabrication, LLC, Oklahoma-based operating entities

“These transactions provide a structured path to acquire control or significant ownership positions in operating businesses through a UCC foreclosure process, which can create compelling entry points for experienced investors,” said Diana Peterson, CEO of AW Properties Global.

Each sale is being conducted to enforce the rights of the secured party under applicable security agreements and Uniform Commercial Code filings. The assets consist of pledged ownership interests held by the respective borrowers and are being offered for sale at public auction.

All auctions will be conducted virtually via Zoom, with participation limited to qualified bidders. Interested parties must complete bidder qualification requirements, including submission of financial information and a good faith deposit, prior to the qualification deadline.
