The SEER Group Appoints Harish Ramalingam as Chief Executive Officer to Lead Next Phase of Growth

DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The SEER Group, a collection of 40 residential and commercial HVAC, electrical, and plumbing businesses across 11 states, announced that Harish Ramalingam has been appointed Chief Executive Officer, effective April 30, 2026. He succeeds Justin Nagy, who is leaving for a CEO role outside the industry after helping build SEER’s national platform and expand its network of partner brands.

Ramalingam joins SEER as the company continues its strong growth trajectory, building on a period of strategic scaling and geographic expansion while entering its next phase of maturity. SEER remains focused on advancing operational rigor and delivering a consistent, high-quality customer experience.

Ramalingam brings over a decade of experience leading large, consumer-facing operations where results are driven by satisfied customers and disciplined operational execution. He has a track record of building high-performing organizations by aligning teams around clear priorities and enabling them to operate with ownership and accountability.

Most recently, as Co-President at Progress Residential, Ramalingam helped lead one of the nation’s largest single-family rental platforms through a period of significant expansion, digital modernization, and EBITDA growth. Earlier in his career at McDonald's Corporation, he led an extensive footprint of restaurants across multiple states, overseeing the operational development and evolution of the Great South Market.
