ICSC LAS VEGAS 2026 Returns with Two New Co-located Events: ICSC+PROPTECH and ICSC+WOMEN IN CRE

Expanded programming brings together the entire commercial real estate ecosystem through dealmaking, technology innovation and high-profile keynote speakers

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--ICSC will again host ICSC LAS VEGAS 2026, the world’s largest commercial real estate gathering bringing together more than 25,000 industry decisionmakers for three days of dealmaking, networking and forward-looking conversations to shape and explore the future of marketplaces. The event begins with Professional Development Day at the Wynn Las Vegas on Monday, May 18. The exhibition takes place Tuesday, May 19 and Wednesday, May 20 at the Las Vegas Convention Center.

This year’s event introduces expanded programming, including the inaugural ICSC+PROPTECH and ICSC+WOMEN IN CRE events — co-located with ICSC LAS VEGAS to reflect the industry’s accelerating focus on technology, talent development and community-building.

“We’re excited to once again welcome the industry to Las Vegas at a defining moment for commercial real estate,” said Tom McGee, President and CEO of ICSC. “From the rapid advancement of AI and technology to the growing focus on talent and the next generation of leadership, the way we create and operate spaces is evolving quickly. ICSC LAS VEGAS brings together the leaders shaping that future – from startups to global brands – to share insights, build connections and drive the next wave of innovation across commercial real estate.”

ICSC LAS VEGAS remains the premier annual convening for retail and commercial real estate professionals, offering unmatched access to owners, developers, investors, retailers and service providers. Attendees will engage in high-impact dealmaking, gain insights from industry leaders and explore emerging trends redefining physical spaces and communities.

The 2026 program will feature a dynamic lineup of keynote speakers, including Mike “Coach K” Krzyzewski, former Duke University men’s basketball coach; Randi Zuckerberg, Founder and CEO of Zuckerberg Media; and Erin Andrews, member of the NFL on FOX A-Team, founder of WEAR by Erin Andrews, and co-host of iHeart’s Calm Down podcast and Fox’s 99 to Beat. These leaders will share perspectives on leadership, innovation and more.

Attendees will also have access to a robust slate of educational sessions, panel discussions and roundtables featuring executives from leading retailers, developers and landlords. Programming will cover critical topics, such as retail and tenant demand, mixed-use development and the integration of digital and physical experiences. Additional sessions will spotlight emerging brands and the strategies driving growth across categories including dining, entertainment and experiential retail.

ICSC+PROPTECH: Focus on Innovation

New for 2026, ICSC+PROPTECH connects commercial real estate decisionmakers with technology leaders, venture capital firms and over 100 buyers from leading commercial real estate firms, such as Brixmor, Brookfield Properties, CBL, GGP, Kimco Realty, and Macerich, reflecting the industry’s shift from exploring emerging technologies to implementing them at scale. Technology leaders like Accruent, Yardi, Kalibrate, Coniq and Placer.ai will be showcasing their solutions, and venture capital firms such as Navitas, JLL Spark, REACH Second Century Ventures and Fifth Wall will be on-site looking to invest in the future of proptech.

Through curated 1:1 meetings, content sessions and product showcases, attendees will discover the latest innovations shaping how owners and operators drive performance across assets and portfolios – from AI-driven leasing and business tools to smart building solutions, property management software and tenant engagement platforms.

ICSC+PROPTECH will feature a full day of content and networking at the Wynn Las Vegas on May 18, followed by exhibition, meeting and content programming integrated into the broader ICSC LAS VEGAS event.

ICSC+WOMEN IN CRE: Advancing Leadership across the Industry

ICSC will also launch ICSC+WOMEN IN CRE, a new event to empower and connect women across all sectors and career stages in commercial real estate.

The program will begin with an opening reception on May 17, followed by a full day of dedicated content on May 18, including roundtables, networking opportunities and career-focused discussions. Panels will offer practical insights and advice on topics like investing in commercial real estate and navigating senior leadership journeys.
