In his role as Board Advisor, he will strengthen the firm's counsel to CEOs, boards, and private equity sponsors, shaping leadership across human capital platforms and professional services investments.

Tirelli brings more than three decades of experience leading global professional services organizations. He spent more than two decades at Deloitte US, culminating as Vice Chairman and CEO of the Western Region, where he led $1B in revenue and 6,000 audit, tax, and consulting professionals. While there, he also served on Deloitte US's Board of Directors and Management Committee. He was later appointed as Chairman and CEO of Deloitte Italy, where he led 5,500 professionals and $1B in revenue and consolidated two major practices into the firm.
