Glenmede Appoints Andy Paterson as Pittsburgh Regional Director

Seasoned Wealth Management Executive to Lead Strategic Growth and Client Experience Initiatives

PITTSBURGH--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Glenmede, a privately held and independently owned wealth and investment management firm, today announced the appointment of Andy Paterson as Managing Director and Regional Director of its Pittsburgh office, reporting to Adam Douberly, Director of Regional Markets.

In this role, Mr. Paterson will lead Glenmede’s strategy and business execution across the Pittsburgh region, overseeing a multidisciplinary team of planning, fiduciary, and investment professionals. He will focus on accelerating organic growth, deepening client relationships, and enhancing the overall client experience across the region.

Mr. Paterson brings more than 25 years of experience in the wealth management industry. Most recently, he served as CEO of two single-family offices, where he oversaw investment strategy, operations, and governance. Earlier in his career, he spent nearly two decades at BNY Mellon Wealth Management, where he held senior leadership roles, including Chief Operating Officer, President of the Central Region, and Senior Director of Portfolio Management. In these roles, he was instrumental in driving sustained business growth, strengthening client engagement, and enhancing platform efficiency.

Mr. Paterson earned a Bachelor of Science in economics from the University of Pittsburgh. He is actively involved in the nonprofit community and has held a variety of leadership roles supporting regional organizations.
