Douglas Hoffer Joins the Accounting, Tax, Technology, Transaction and Valuation Advisory Firm to Support Accelerated Growth and Talent Strategy

BOSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--WilliamsMarston, a national leader in complex accounting, tax, technology, transaction and valuation advisory services, has appointed Douglas Hoffer as Chief People Officer, strengthening its leadership team as the Firm continues to broaden its national footprint.

WilliamsMarston is expanding its capabilities and deepening its presence across the South and West Coast. In his role, Hoffer will lead talent acquisition, leadership development, and organizational design to support WilliamsMarston’s momentum.

Hoffer brings more than 30 years of experience leading human resources and talent strategy across healthcare, financial services, and aerospace and defense industries.

Most recently, Hoffer served as Chief People Officer at Access Information Management where he led global HR strategy and organizational transformation to support rapid growth and acquisitions. He previously held senior leadership roles at Fidelity Investments, Wellington Management, and The MENTOR Network. Hoffer holds an MBA from Boston University’s Questrom School of Business and a B.A. in Economics from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
