A World Reshaped by Disruption. A Conference Built to Respond
A World Reshaped by Disruption. A Conference Built to Respond
The Milken Institute convenes its 29th annual Global Conference in Los Angeles, May 3–6
LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The Milken Institute’s 29th annual Global Conference opens today, May 3, 2026, and runs through May 6, 2026, at The Beverly Hilton and Waldorf Astoria Beverly Hills in Los Angeles. Held under the theme Leading in a New Era, the conference convenes more than 1,000 speakers and 4,000 participants across health, finance, business, government, technology, philanthropy, and culture to translate recent disruption and innovation into practical solutions for a more sustainable, equitable, and resilient future.
“We are convening at a moment of profound consequence,” said Richard Ditizio, CEO of the Milken Institute. “Geopolitical tensions are reshaping global alliances, economic uncertainty is testing households and markets alike, and the pace of technological change is outrunning the institutions built to govern it. When the world feels fractured, this is where the people with the will and the resources to repair it come together—not to talk past each other, but to build real solutions. As we open our 29th Global Conference today, we provide this essential forum for leaders who refuse to accept the status quo.”
