Mazza will lead Barrows Connected Store’s North America growth strategy, accelerating new business, and strengthening trade relationships.

Widely regarded as one of the most connected and respected leaders in retail media, Mazza joins Barrows Connected Store following a highly competitive recruitment process, with multiple retail media, retail technology, and transformation companies pursuing her for senior leadership roles. Her appointment underscores Barrows Connected Store’s continued investment in top-tier talent to support its rapid expansion in North America.

She has held leadership roles at Hy-Vee and Dick’s Sporting Goods, where she helped advance retail media and digital transformation initiatives, including building and scaling high-impact media platforms. Mazza has a strong track record of leading cross-functional teams across merchandising, technology, and data to deliver enterprise-wide transformation, and currently serves on the Board of Advisors for the Path to Purchase Institute (P2PI) and Fluent.

In her role as Chief Growth Officer, Mazza will:
