Legent Health Appoints Brad Stoltz as Chief Operating Officer
PLANO, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Legent Health (“Legent”), a physician-partnered owner and operator of ambulatory surgery centers (“ASCs”) and surgical hospitals focused on orthopedic and spine care, announced Brad Stoltz as their new Chief Operating Officer.
As Chief Operating Officer, Brad and his team manage the operations of all surgical hospitals & ambulatory surgery centers aligned with Legent Health. He is also responsible for several corporate functions and consolidated services essential to the continued success of Legent Health’s facility operations.

Prior to his time at Legent, Brad served as Chief Operating Officer of US Digestive Health, a gastroenterology physician practice management platform, supporting over 260 providers caring for patients across Pennsylvania & Delaware. In this role, he directly managed over 40 practice locations and 7 endoscopy centers, and provided anesthesia & other support services to 17 additional surgery centers.
As President of the US Renal Care’s Western Division, Brad managed over 150 dialysis centers and associated home dialysis programs across 18 states and the Territory of Guam. Brad also spent 7 years with Tenet Healthcare, where he helped launch a number of national Ambulatory and Post Acute businesses.
Brad began his career as an officer in the US Army Medical Services Corps, rising to the rank of Captain. He worked as a consultant with McKinsey & Company’s Payor Provider Practice in Pittsburgh and in London. Brad received his BS in Environmental Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point, and he earned his MBA from The Harvard Business School.
