Veteran Healthcare Workforce Leader to Deepen Strategic Engagement with C-Suite Executives, Supporting Leaders Driving Long-Term Organizational Success

ATLANTA--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jackson Healthcare®, the trusted authority in healthcare talent and workforce solutions, today announced that Tony Stajduhar has been appointed to a new position, senior growth advisor. In this role, he will focus on advancing executive engagement efforts, partnering with healthcare leaders across hospitals, health systems, practice management organizations and physician groups to address workforce pressures and advance long-term talent strategies.

A respected industry executive with more than four decades of experience, Stajduhar has been a driving force in shaping physician workforce solutions nationwide. In addition to advising on enterprise workforce strategy, Stajduhar will lead key industry partnerships. Through this work, he will help connect healthcare executives with insights and collaborative forums designed to help address the workforce challenges that most directly influence access, quality and organizational performance.

“I’m grateful for the opportunity to continue contributing to Jackson Healthcare’s mission in a new way,” shared Stajduhar. “I look forward to working alongside healthcare leaders to help them navigate complexity, identify new opportunities and build stronger organizations in today’s rapidly evolving care environment.
