Keller Williams Acquires Michael Lewis Marketing Suite

AUSTIN, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Keller Williams Realty, LLC (KW), the world’s largest real estate franchise by agent count, has acquired Michael Lewis Marketing Suite (MLMS), a widely utilized marketing services company, supporting KW-affiliated real estate agents and brokerages.

Since 2013, MLMS has grown to support more than 130,000 KW-affiliated agents and delivered over 800 custom designs for agents and brokerage leaders with a comprehensive suite spanning brand strategy, graphic design, print solutions, and consulting.

As part of the acquisition, KW-affiliated agents and brokerages will gain access to:

  • Full-service, list-to-close marketing solutions that streamline execution and drive production for real estate agents and teams.
  • A high-end design and branding division for KW-affiliated brokerages and agents to help them craft their own distinctive visual identities and individualized brand strategy with hands-on consultations through to execution.
  • Marketing leverage to fuel brokerage growth and retention.
  • Onboarding and agent activation services to accelerate productivity and consistency.
  • Expanded design capabilities to deliver fast, consistent, market-ready assets at scale.
