AIS Healthcare Announces New Chief Legal & Compliance Officer

DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--AIS Healthcare, the leading provider of targeted drug delivery and infusion care solutions, is announcing the appointment of Sybil Rajan as Chief Legal Officer and Chief Compliance Officer. In this role, Sybil will lead AIS Healthcare’s Legal and Compliance departments, building upon an already strong foundation to support safe, strategic growth in an increasingly complex regulatory environment.

Sybil brings extensive leadership experience in both healthcare and administrative roles. Most recently, she served as General Counsel and Chief Administrative Officer at GenesisCare, an oncology care company, where she led the Legal, People, and Culture departments through a post-bankruptcy turnaround and successful sale. Following this success, she continued to support the organization as an Advisor to the Board of Directors.

Sybil holds a Juris Doctor from Cornell Law School, a Master of Public Health from The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston, and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Honors and Finance from The University of Texas at Austin.
