Toni-Ann Sforza, a dedicated supporter of Ronald McDonald House and active community advocate through the MCU Foundation, joins the RMH Board to expand impact for families in need

HUDSON VALLEY, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The MCU Foundation, the charitable arm of Municipal Credit Union (MCU) and Ronald McDonald House of the Greater Hudson Valley (RMHGHV) today announced the election of Toni-Ann Sforza, Chief Operating Officer (COO) of MCU, to RMHGHV’s Board of Directors.

Sforza joins RMHGHV’s board at a time of continued growth and impact, bringing more than 20 years of leadership experience in financial services and organizational transformation. As COO of MCU, Sforza is helping guide MCU’s multi-billion-dollar institution through a period of significant growth and modernization, while maintaining MCU’s strong commitment to community giving through her role as a Director on the MCU Foundation Board.

“We are proud to welcome Toni-Ann to our Board of Directors,” said Richard Landau, ESQ., Chairperson of the RMHGHV Board of Directors. “Through her leadership with Municipal Credit Union and the MCU Foundation, one of our largest and most valued partners, Toni-Ann brings a wealth of leadership experience and a deep commitment to the families we serve. We are grateful for her partnership and excited to have her insight and guidance on the team.”

RMHGHV provides families with all the comforts of home, lodging, meals and a supportive community, while their children receive care at nearby hospitals, including Maria Fareri Children’s Hospital and Blythedale Children’s Hospital. Since opening in 2011, RMHGHV has supported more than 3,000 families, saving them over $8 million in out-of-pocket lodging and meal costs.

Sforza’s connection to RMHGHV is rooted in both leadership and service. Through the MCU Foundation, she has helped expand support for RMHGHV, contributing to funding that provides meals, overnight stays and essential services for families in need. MCU employees also actively volunteer their time throughout the year, preparing meals, supporting events and helping create a sense of comfort and normalcy for families staying at the House.

In 2026 alone, the MCU Foundation contributed $150,000 to RMHGHV, supporting the foundation's meal program and facilitating overnight stays and hundreds of family visits.

“This is an organization that shows up for families when it matters most,” said Sforza. “That kind of support during life’s most difficult moments has a lasting impact. I’m proud to support its mission and help extend that impact to even more families across the region.”

Sforza is widely recognized for her leadership in driving growth and workforce engagement. Under her leadership, MCU has achieved strong financial results and expanded membership while earning multiple workplace and industry recognitions, reflecting Sforza’s ability to pair operational excellence with purpose-driven leadership.

Her election to the Board underscores RMHGHV’s commitment to bringing together leaders who not only excel professionally but also demonstrate a deep dedication to strengthening communities and supporting families in need.
