Modivcare Appoints Alessandra Melloni as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary

Experienced legal and governance expert joins leadership team to support growth and expansion as Modivcare enters its next chapter

DENVER--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Modivcare, a leading provider of non-emergency transportation, personal care services, and monitoring solutions, announced the appointment of Alessandra Melloni as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary, effective April 20, 2026.

Melloni joins Modivcare’s leadership team with more than 20 years of experience advising public, private, and private equity-backed companies across highly regulated and innovation-driven sectors. She most recently served as Chief Administrative Officer and General Counsel at Avid Technology, where she led Avid’s global legal, compliance, and governance functions and partnered closely with executive leadership and Avid’s Board of Directors to support strategic growth and business transformation.
