The honor is designed to spotlight individuals who reflect positively on their company through their willingness to cooperate, collaborate and deliver for their organization. It is the only recognition program in the office technology industry that salutes individuals regardless of title and stature.

"Difference Makers are the lifeblood of this industry — the people whose work quietly shapes reputations, strengthens partnerships, and moves entire organizations forward," says ENX Magazine Editorial Director Erik Cagle. "This program gives overdue recognition to the impact players who rarely ask for attention but consistently elevate everyone around them. Their stories remind us what real influence looks like."

Director of Toshiba Business Solutions Sales Programs Patricia Watts

Patricia Watts personifies leadership and organizational impact. Since joining Toshiba in 2005 while attending Florida International University, she has advanced through roles spanning receptionist, contracts specialist, major account executive, business development manager, Salesforce administrator, solutions implementation manager, and now director of Toshiba Business Solutions (TBS) sales programs. Watts' career trajectory reflects ambition as well as the keen ability to master every layer of the business. A TBS President’s Club winner, she pairs performance credibility with operational discipline.

Director of Technical Services Programs Matt Bull

Matt Bull is a visionary technology leader with a proven record of driving innovation and operational excellence. With a global perspective and a passion for team development, he has been responsible for continually shaping the future of Toshiba's technical service offerings since joining the organization in 2011. A testament to his innovativeness, Bull was named an inventor on the patent for Toshiba's Encompass Tag and Asset Generator™ (eTAG™) product. As the industry’s first and only mobile, remote, self‑service printer registration platform, eTAG eliminates the traditionally manual and labor‑intensive asset tagging process. Beyond his many professional achievements, Matt is an active member of the swimming community, serving as a certified USA Swimming referee.

Director of Hardware Support Darryl Elmer

Darryl Elmer leads with integrity, technical expertise, and a commitment to excellence that directly promotes client satisfaction and product performance. Since joining Toshiba in 1993, Elmer has consistently demonstrated exceptional leadership, technical mastery and an unwavering commitment to supporting Toshiba's field organization and clients. In his current role, Elmer leads the company's hardware support team with a steady, disciplined, and highly collaborative approach that directly elevates the performance of Toshiba's entire service organization. Elmer and his team continually receive high marks from the reseller community and several awards from The Cannata Report for their efforts.

Director of Technical Marketing Manoranjan (Manny) Sahu

Manny Sahu connects complex technology to real business outcomes to address the day-to-day needs of Toshiba clients. He joins forces with engineering, product, and business teams to ensure Toshiba builds and delivers products that drive measurable impact. Sahu also plays a key role in shaping Toshiba's product and solutions strategy, including the ongoing evolution of the company's cloud- and AI-centered Elevate Sky portfolio. In addition to 25 years of experience in software development and management, he also holds a Master of Business Administration. Beyond his professional and academic accomplishments, Sahu volunteers with Court Appointed Special Advocates in Orange County, California. Since 2016, he has dedicated significant personal time to mentoring and advocating for children in foster care.

"Team Toshiba is truly excited to celebrate our quartet of 2026 ENX Magazine Difference Makers," states Toshiba America Business Solutions President and Chief Executive Officer Larry White. "Patricia, Matt, Darryl and Manny are shining examples of what our workforce personifies: creative, diligent and personable problem solvers, who are also terrific teammates."
