Globant S.A., Case No. 26-cv-3405 (S.D.N.Y.), from February 15, 2024 and August 14, 2025 (the “Class Period”), Globant and certain of the Company’s directors and officers made materially false and misleading statements about Globant’s Latin American operations, including concealing the true state of the Company’s Latin American business.
