Emily Schmidt has been appointed Chief Executive Officer, transitioning from her previous role as Chief Operating Officer. In her new role, Emily will lead Raise’s overall strategy, business performance, and operational execution, with a focus on scaling the company’s enterprise workforce solutions and global programs.

This leadership evolution reflects Raise’s continued growth following more than a decade of innovation and expansion across the workforce solutions market.
