CUPERTINO, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Intero, a wholly owned subsidiary of HomeServices of America, Inc., is pleased to announce the appointment of Nicole Aissa as the Vice President and Managing Officer of the Menlo Park and Los Altos offices.

Nicole is a Bay Area native who has spent her life and career in real estate. Over the past decade, she has held leadership roles with respected Bay Area brokerages, consistently driving results in recruiting, retention, and agent growth. She is known for helping agents elevate their business, increase production, and build long-term success.

“I am genuinely excited to join Team Intero and contribute to our mission of helping our agents and clients achieve their dreams,” said Nicole Aissa, Intero Vice President and Managing Officer. “I am looking forward to implementing proven strategies to navigate an ever-changing market with confidence and working closely with some of the best agents in the business.”

“We are delighted to have Nicole leading our Menlo Park and Los Altos offices,” said Terry Meyer, Founder and President of Intero. “Nicole’s deep understanding of the Peninsula market, along with her familiarity with many of the agents who operate within it, positions her to make an immediate and meaningful impact.”

Intero is also pleased to announce the return of John “JT” Thompson as Senior Advisor, Peninsula Region. As one of Intero’s founders and the driving force behind the original buildout of the Los Altos office, as well as previously President and Chief Culture Officer, JT’s experience, relationships and deep connection to Intero’s culture complement Nicole ’s leadership style.

“This is yet another exceptional leadership opportunity at Intero where a powerful combination of fresh perspective and foundational strength will provide not only a positive lift to Menlo Park and Los Altos, but also across the entire organization,” said JT Thompson. “I look forward to working in tandem with Nicole to support recruiting efforts, agent development, and overall office momentum.”

“As part of this new leadership structure, JT’s return is both significant and energizing,” said Meyer. “With JT being the keeper of the company culture for nearly its first two decades, I am confident that our real estate agents will continue to grow under his and Nicole’s leadership.”

Strong and seasoned leadership is one of the keys to Intero’s success and longevity. Yet another recent addition to Team Intero is Monica Sabedra, the company’s new Relocation Manager.

She understands that she has a direct influence on agent performance, as well as the client experience, and brings the discipline, precision and mindset required to deliver a premium experience to all.

“Joining Team Intero is an amazing opportunity to not just continue to build relationships across our offices and within our global network, but also to bring fresh new ideas to the relocation department,” said Monica Sabedra. “I cannot wait to see the results and positive impact on our esteemed clients and for our exceptional agents.”
