Previously available through self-paced online training and custom private webinar or on-site formats, BDG's lithium battery training is now offered in scheduled public classes each month. The new webinars give participants a convenient way to register for product-specific training that focuses on the lithium battery requirements most relevant to the products they handle.

Led live by experienced instructors, the webinars allow attendees to ask questions in real time while receiving targeted instruction on lithium battery shipping requirements by air, ground, and vessel. The classes cover common shipment configurations, including standalone batteries, batteries packed with equipment, and batteries contained in equipment, helping participants get the guidance they need without sitting through broader topics that may not apply to their role.

Whether shipping laptops, cordless power tools, battery-powered vehicles, cell phone batteries, or similar lithium battery-powered products, customers can find coverage within one of BDG's three monthly webinar types: All Types, Fully-Regulated, and Excepted Small Battery. Options are available for both initial and recurrent participants.

The launch complements BDG's existing custom private webinars and on-site training, giving customers greater flexibility in how they meet compliance and operational needs. Customers can also access self-paced lithium battery courses through Hazmat University for flexible online learning, while ShipHazmat helps streamline the creation of compliant shipping papers for dangerous goods shipments.

With more than 45 years of industry experience, BDG continues to provide practical training solutions that help businesses stay competent, confident, and compliant.
