Consertus Acquires CCS International, Inc. to Expand Capital Project Management and Cost Advisory Capabilities

(CCS), an Oakbrook Terrace, Illinois–based capital project management and cost management firm, has joined the Consertus family. Founded in 1979, CCS brings more than four decades of expertise in owner’s representative services, project and program management, and cost advisory, significantly expanding Consertus’ advisory and project delivery capabilities.

CCS enhances Consertus’ ability to support clients from pre-design through project completion, with deep expertise in front-end planning, cost management, and independent project oversight.
