Strategic hire accelerates national expansion and reinforces the firm’s position as a premier advisory platform for healthcare business owners

ATLANTA--(BUSINESS WIRE)--JW Advisory (“JWA”), a highly specialized, high touch M&A advisory firm focused on healthcare transactions, today announced the addition of Morgan Stump as a Merger & Acquisition Advisor. Based in Oregon, Stump will lead the firm’s expansion across the Western United States, advising healthcare entrepreneurs on strategic transactions, including practice sales, acquisitions, and growth initiatives.

Stump brings more than 16 years of experience in healthcare finance, originations, and strategic growth. He joins JWA following a distinguished tenure at Provide, where he was an early employee and instrumental in building the company’s national origination platform. Over the course of his career, Stump has sourced more than $500 million in healthcare loans and played a key role in scaling Provide’s loan portfolio from $50 million to more than $5 billion.

John Wlodarek and Stump share a longstanding professional connection, having crossed paths during their respective tenures at Provide. During that time, Wlodarek helped the company expand into the dental financing space, while Stump later played a key role in scaling the platform into a recognized leader in healthcare finance.

Prior to joining JWA, Stump spent eight years at Wells Fargo before joining Provide in 2018 as its first outside sales hire and 18th employee. He later served as National Sales Manager and was promoted to Head of Sales, where he led national growth strategy, sales execution, and team development.
