Town & Country Event Rentals Appoints Michael Persson as Chief Operating Officer

VAN NUYS, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Town & Country Event Rentals, along with its Signature Party Rentals division, today announced the appointment of Michael Persson as Chief Operating Officer (COO), further strengthening the company’s leadership team as it continues to expand across key markets.

Persson brings more than 20 years of experience in event rental operations, asset management, and large-scale service delivery. He began his career in the industry in California, building a strong operational foundation that continues to shape his hands-on, service-driven leadership approach.

Throughout the course of his career, Persson has held leadership roles in maintenance, inventory management, and asset strategy, including evaluating assets for acquisitions. He also served as Senior Director of Asset Management at Kerzner International’s Atlantis Resort in The Bahamas, where he oversaw complex, large-scale operations.

Most recently, Persson was a founding partner of Bright Event Rentals, where he spent 12 years helping to build a leading event rental organization recognized for operational excellence and customer service.

In his role as COO, Persson will be responsible for all operational functions across the organization, including warehouse operations, logistics, fleet, installation, and inventory. He will focus on building a scalable operating model, driving process standardization, and enhancing service delivery as the company continues to expand.
