HomeServices of America Launches ‘Maestro,’ an Enterprise-wide Digital Platform Designed to Simplify and Elevate the Real Estate Experience for Agents and Their Clients

AI-supported, digital platform incorporates client management, marketing, transactions and other critical functions into a seamless, integrated system

MINNEAPOLIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--HomeServices of America today announced the launch of ‘Maestro,’ an AI-supported, digital platform designed to streamline the day-to-day complexities faced by today’s residential real estate agents while also elevating the complete real estate experience for consumers.

Maestro integrates consumer search, CRM, marketing and transaction management, providing a more connected environment rather than having to move through fragmented systems to receive what’s needed.

“The goal of Maestro is to allow our agents in every market to spend more time doing what they do best – leaning into their relationships with their clients, rather than being bogged down with unnecessary complexity in their day-to-day work,” says Chris Kelly, President & CEO, HomeServices of America. “It’s designed so that the technology intuitively supports the agent and their business and is another step towards a true end-to-end platform, something only HomeServices is in a position to deliver through our ownership over the brokerage, mortgage, title and insurance experiences.”

Maestro streamlines workflows, brings clear and relevant information to the surface and helps agents stay organized and focused on their clients’ needs. The platform is designed to simplify the agent experience by bringing everything into a single system, reducing the need to navigate multiple platforms, manage numerous logins or rely on time-consuming workarounds. By connecting agents’ sales, marketing and administrative tools in one place, it also enables a smoother flow of information and a more efficient day-to-day workflow.
