Improved system performance and scalability through integrated monitoring, automation, and cloud-native deployment
Seamless updates and modernization without disruptive downtime or forklift data migrations and upgrades
Faster issue resolution enabled by modular microservices and automated testing
Regular feature releases and security updates with minimal operational impact
Enhanced user experience allowing agencies to focus on investigations instead of system management
Expanded Biometric and Investigative Capabilities
As part of the upgrade, WIN will gain new functionality not available in previous releases, including:
ACE-V web applications for analysis, comparison, evaluation, and verification in latent case processing
Case-based searching to streamline investigative workflows
Enhanced administrative and supervisory tools
