Ephicacy Appoints Jamie Powers as SVP of Biometrics and Names Tyagi Swaminathan Head of India Operations

Leadership appointments strengthen biometrics expertise and global delivery

ISELIN, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Ephicacy today announced the appointment of Jamie Powers, DrPH, as Senior Vice President of Biometrics. Powers will lead the company’s Project-Based Services (PBS) unit, including Data Management, Biostatistics, and Statistical Programming, and report to CEO Tara Gladwell.

The company also announced that Tyagrajan “Tyagi” Swaminathan has been appointed Head of India Operations and Vice President of Statistical Programming, reinforcing leadership within a key global delivery hub.

Powers brings more than 23 years of experience across biostatistics, clinical analytics, AI, and real-world evidence, with prior leadership roles at IQVIA, SAS Institute, ConcertAI, and Takeda Pharmaceutical Company. His background combines classical biostatistics and biometrics delivery experience with applied work in AI, real-world evidence, and operational analytics.
