Oasis Health Partners® Acquires Premier Health to Build the Leading Platform for Independent Primary Care

COLUMBIA, S.C.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oasis Health Partners^® (“Oasis”), a value-based care enablement organization, today announced the acquisition of Premier Health (“Premier”), a healthcare administrative services organization specializing in revenue cycle management and practice operations.

This acquisition advances Oasis’s mission to modernize primary care and become the preferred partner for independent providers — combining clinical, operational, and financial infrastructure into a single, integrated platform.

Across the country, independent primary care practices are facing increasing pressure from administrative complexity, rising costs, and the transition to value-based care.
