Sandeep Pisipati, president of RXO’s last mile business, was recognized in the Top Innovators category. Pisipati brings a deep passion for metrics-driven results to his role, where he oversees more than 11 million last mile deliveries annually and is responsible for optimizing RXO’s network of hubs in North America.

Matt Carlson is the vice president of product at RXO and was recognized in the Rising Stars category. In his role, Carlson is responsible for the strategic direction and execution of RXO’s technology roadmap for its flagship proprietary systems, RXO Connect®, RXO Drive® and Freight Optimizer. For more than a year, he has led one of the most significant technology integrations in the industry by unifying legacy platforms of RXO and Coyote Logistics.

Alyssa Slaughter serves as the senior director of operations at RXO and is responsible for the execution, strategic business growth and profitability of three brokerage branches in Charlotte, N.C., where the company is headquartered. She was recognized in the Leaders in Excellence category. Recently, Slaughter drove a nearly 10% increase in volume across her branches and directed a new "Manager-in-Training" program that resulted in a 100% promotion rate for participants.
