TouchTunes Unveils New Era for In-Venue Social Entertainment

A new generation of connected amusements arrives in both flagship and compact jukebox formats, alongside TouchTunes Pay™, a hardware-free mobile payment solution

LAS VEGAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--TouchTunes Music Company, LLC (“TouchTunes”), North America’s largest connected platform for in-venue social entertainment, today unveiled its unified amusements ecosystem, designed to help operators drive more engagement and revenue in their venues. The platform brings together music, darts, mobile, and payments into one connected experience for venues and players. Debuting at the 2026 Amusement Expo, the new TouchTunes flagship jukebox is the cinematic centerpiece of that vision, designed to transform bars, restaurants, and social clubs into more interactive spaces.

The TouchTunes flagship jukebox acts as the ultimate social entertainment anchor, drawing people together and increasing engagement throughout the venue. Its 43-inch vertical display creates a massive digital canvas that captures attention across the room, while customizable immersive lighting and screen themes allow venues to match the look and mood of their space. Built on the next-generation TouchTunes platform, the jukebox will support future features designed to bring music discovery and social engagement together, such as integrated social feeds and leaderboards that spotlight players while inviting others to join in. Powered by AI-driven software and upgraded hardware, the experience “wakes up” as guests approach, revealing a cinematic wall of music that enhances discovery alongside support for a contactless tap-to-pay interface that drives revenue.

Building on the social connectivity already found in the TouchTunes mobile app, the flagship jukebox extends those interactions into the venue itself. New app features allow patrons to express their musical identity and connect with others. Fans can react to songs, share their music taste, and send app credits to friends directly from their phone. These capabilities lay the foundation for future social features that can extend across both the mobile app and the jukebox, including leaderboards, on-screen recognition, and song battles where players go head-to-head to select the next track.

“This year marks a new era for TouchTunes as we redefine what it means to be the heartbeat of a venue,” said Scott Levine, CEO of TouchTunes. “We’re not just releasing new jukeboxes, we’re building a connected social entertainment ecosystem that brings people together through music, competition, and shared experiences while driving revenue for operators.”

To expand interactive music into more venue formats, TouchTunes is showcasing how its next-generation platform can extend across multiple hardware sizes. While the flagship experience runs on the 43-inch jukebox, the same platform will power smaller form factors, including a 15-inch compact jukebox model, with both units being demonstrated at Amusement Expo. Designed for streamlined operations, the smaller model reduces the need for frequent service or collections while enabling operators to bring interactive music to quick-turn environments such as coffee shops, pizzerias, and other high-traffic venues.

Powering the connected ecosystem is TouchTunes Pay™, a mobile payment feature within the TouchTunes app that lets fans pay for jukebox plays and BullShooter® electronic dartboards through a single wallet. On compatible dartboards, TouchTunes Pay™ enables mobile payments without requiring additional payment hardware. By removing the “cash-only” barrier and enabling shared credits across experiences, it makes it easier for players to keep the music going and jump into a game of darts. Mobile payments have long been part of the TouchTunes jukebox experience through the app, and TouchTunes Pay™ now extends that capability to BullShooter® dartboards, with more than 11,000 boards already live.

“We are connecting the dots for a new generation of consumers who crave seamless, social experiences,” said Jamie Sura, SVP of Sales. “By unifying music, darts, and mobile payments, we’re making it easier than ever for operators to energize their venues and for people to play their hearts out together.”

TouchTunes is unveiling its next-generation platform for in-venue social entertainment, including flagship and compact jukebox formats, and showcasing TouchTunes Pay™ with live demos at Amusement Expo (Booths #1845 & 1745) in Las Vegas, March 18-19, 2026.
