Plath is a senior growth executive with more than 20 years of experience driving growth at scale across government contracting, information technology, and services organizations. He is recognized for building and leading high-performing growth teams, transforming pipelines, and executing mergers and acquisitions and integration efforts for both private and public companies.

Reporting directly to TekSynap Founder and Chief Executive Officer Kamran Jinnah, Plath will oversee enterprise growth activities, including business development, capture, and pipeline strategy, to support progressively larger contract awards and the company’s long-term growth objectives. He will also help refine and execute TekSynap’s corporate development strategy to accelerate growth through targeted investments and acquisitions.
