Conduent Data Incident

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Conduent, a vendor for Priority Health, experienced a cybersecurity incident on January 13, 2025. Priority Health was informed on April 21, 2025. The delay in notification resulted primarily from the extensive and complex data sets that Conduent needed to analyze, followed by the validation and additional requirements necessary once the information was provided to Priority Health.

The incident occurred in the systems of Conduent, a third-party vendor that performs post-payment identification and recovery of credit balances/overpayments—primarily at hospitals and renal dialysis facilities. This was not a breach of Priority Health systems; Priority Health did not experience any compromise of the data stored or managed directly by Priority Health.

The investigation was conducted by Conduent and data exposure varied by client. Conduent has reported that affected data may include things like: member name, Social Security number, medical information or insurance-related details.

Conduent has established a call center. Members with questions should call (888) 406-8902 (toll-free), Monday‒Friday, from 9 a.m. - 6:30 p.m. Eastern Time.
