Motive Becomes First AI Platform to Join Holman’s New Telematics Preferred Integration Network Program, Helping Fleets Improve Vehicle Efficiency and Financial Outcomes

New strategic integration is designed to flag maintenance issues, schedule service before failures happen, boost safety, and improve visibility into total fleet costs

SAN FRANCISCO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Motive, the AI platform for physical operations, today announced it is the first telematics partner to join Holman’s new Telematics Preferred Integration Network (TPIN) program. The integration connects Motive’s real-time vehicle and driver data with Holman’s fleet management and maintenance platform to help organizations reduce downtime, minimize operating costs, and strengthen safety outcomes.

Organizations managing modern enterprise fleets generate massive amounts of data, but when systems are not connected, it can be difficult to catch maintenance issues early or accurately track total fleet costs. Fleet teams often rely on manual data transfers between systems, which can increase administrative work and delay decisions. As fleets grow more complex, these gaps can lead to preventable downtime, higher repair costs, and limited visibility into total cost of ownership.

“Enterprise fleets need real-time, accurate insights to help keep vehicles and drivers safe, productive, and on the road,” said Adam Block, Chief Revenue Officer at Motive. “By eliminating data silos between safety, telematics, and maintenance, we’re helping fleet leaders proactively address issues before they become costly failures. That can mean fewer breakdowns, less downtime, and better control over operating costs. This is just the beginning of what Motive and Holman can unlock together.”

“Telematics is an incredibly powerful tool for fleet operators but often this valuable information is fragmented or isolated from other operating data, making it difficult to glean actionable insights,” said Holman’s Executive Vice President & Chief Revenue Officer Anthony Foursha. “By seamlessly integrating Motive’s real-time telematics data into our fleet management platform, our shared customers will have the holistic perspective and comprehensive analytics they need to make informed, data-driven decisions to optimize fleet performance.”

Motive customers can now access critical vehicle data including location, odometer readings, engine hours, fault codes, and maintenance alerts in real time directly within Holman’s system. The integration is designed to trigger service alerts based on mileage, engine hours, and diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs) and also monitor fuel usage and idling to help reduce operating costs. Flagged maintenance recommendations enable teams to schedule service before failures occur. Together, this can give teams a clear, up-to-date view of vehicle health across their entire operation so they can act early and help reduce costly disruptions.

In addition to maintenance benefits, Motive’s safety insights into speeding, hard braking, and distracted driving events integrate with Holman’s safety and risk tools to help fleet managers identify high-risk drivers earlier, deliver more targeted coaching, strengthen safety performance, and reduce accident-related and insurance costs. Together, Motive and Holman provide a connected system that can help organizations reduce administrative burden, minimize costly failures, and run safer, more efficient operations.

The partnership expands the value of Motive’s platform for Motive and Holman customers by fitting seamlessly into existing fleet management workflows and creating a foundation for deeper, AI-driven automation across safety, maintenance, and operations over time.
