Travel + Leisure Co. Named to Newsweek’s Inaugural “America’s Most Charitable Companies” List

ORLANDO, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Travel + Leisure Co. (NYSE:TNL), a leading leisure travel company employing more than 19,000 associates globally, today announced it was named by Newsweek as one of America’s Most Charitable Companies. This inclusion comes in the inaugural edition of the list, which highlights organizations that demonstrate a strong commitment to corporate philanthropy and community impact.

“We’re honored to be recognized by Newsweek as one of America’s Most Charitable Companies, a reflection of the dedication our associates bring to supporting the communities where we operate,” said Michael D. Brown, president and CEO of Travel + Leisure Co. “Travel connects people and places, and we believe our responsibility extends beyond the hospitality experiences we provide. Our teams are committed to making a meaningful difference in the communities where we live, work and vacation.”

The recognition reflects Travel + Leisure Co.’s broader commitment to community impact in travel destinations around the world. In 2024, the company contributed more than $2.6 million to communities through corporate giving, in-kind donations, associate workplace giving and employer matching, and guest contributions. The company also supports community investment through the Travel + Leisure Charitable Foundation, an independent nonprofit organization that provides a post-secondary scholarship program and advances learning through an early childhood education program for eligible students.

Presented by Newsweek and Statista Inc., the Most Charitable Companies in America 2026 ranking is based on a comprehensive evaluation of corporate philanthropy and community engagement. Winners are assessed based on an independent survey of approximately 18,000 U.S. participants, as well as social listening analysis and key performance indicators (KPIs) measuring corporate giving and volunteering. All U.S.-headquartered firms among the 2,000 largest public companies by revenue were considered in the study.
