Future Secure AI Appoints Todd Hewlin as President
Veteran technology executive to accelerate enterprise AI adoption and growth
SYDNEY--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Future Secure AI, the global leader in AI Co-Workers for large enterprises and private equity, today announced the appointment of Todd Hewlin as President, as the company accelerates its expansion across the U.S. and Canada. Future Secure AI builds and operates persona-based, multi-agent AI Co-Workers that integrate directly into enterprise teams and systems to execute structured, mission-critical work. In his role, Hewlin leads the Platform and Delivery organizations globally, helping Global 2000 companies move beyond narrow pilot projects and individual AI productivity initiatives to full-scale deployments that impact the bottom-line.
Hewlin brings more than 30 years of experience in building and scaling high-growth technology businesses. Most recently, he served for nearly two decades as Managing Director at TCG Advisors, advising leading hardware, software, and networking companies on growth strategy and business model transformation. Previously, as Chief Product Officer at Symbol Technologies, he led a global product portfolio, drove significant revenue and margin expansion, and helped negotiate the company’s $4 billion sale to Motorola. Earlier in his career, he was a Partner at McKinsey & Company, where he co-led the firm’s Global Electronic Commerce Practice.
“Todd understands how to translate innovation into durable growth,” says Michael Hunter, Co-Founder & Co-CEO of Future Secure AI. “He has advised and operated at the highest levels of enterprise technology. As customers move from test-and-learn initiatives to real deployments, his experience scaling complex businesses will be critical to our next phase.”
“Enterprise AI is entering its scale-up phase, with frontier models demonstrating beyond-human decision-making in certain areas. Large corporations are focused on evolving past proof-of-concept projects to broad AI deployments. Employees are fed up with low-value, hard-to-use tools. Future Secure AI’s approach to building AI Co-Workers that are personable colleagues solves the adoption problem. Once a corporation has seen what one or two AI Co-Workers can do, they want to scale that impact across their organizations,” says Hewlin. “Given employee shortages and wage pressures, companies have enormous potential to redeploy talent from repetitive tasks to higher-value work, but that requires moving from experimentation to measurable, enterprise-grade outcomes. At this stage in my career, I wanted to be part of something with both economic impact and broader purpose. What drew me to Future Secure AI is its commitment to building AI that works safely within complex systems, under human oversight, and delivers tangible results.”
Hewlin has a Bachelor’s in Computer Science from University of Waterloo and an MBA from Western University in London, Ontario.
