Calix made a dramatic leap to claim the #1 ranking for Best Company Outlook among large companies in 2026, jumping from #18 the previous year, reflecting a surge in employee confidence in the company's future. ADP held its ground at the top of Best Companies for Women, retaining the #1 spot it earned in 2025 and cementing its reputation as the gold standard for female employees.
