Calix made a dramatic leap to claim the #1 ranking for Best Company Outlook among large companies in 2026, jumping from #18 the previous year, reflecting a surge in employee confidence in the company's future. ADP held its ground at the top of Best Companies for Women, retaining the #1 spot it earned in 2025 and cementing its reputation as the gold standard for female employees. Meanwhile, Elsevier defended its #1 position for Best Companies for Diversity for the second consecutive year, continuing to set the benchmark for inclusive workplaces according to employees of color.

With more than 20 million ratings across 70,000 companies, Comparably's annual rankings provide comprehensive insights into workplace satisfaction and employee experience across diverse industries and organizational structures. The awards are based on anonymous feedback provided on Comparably.com over the past 12 months (Feb. 9, 2025 through Feb. 9, 2026), representing millions of ratings from employees across companies of all sizes and industries.

"In today's competitive talent market, job seekers aren't just looking for a paycheck, they want to work somewhere with a bright future and everyone has an equal opportunity to thrive," said Jon Bischke, GM of ZoomInfo Talent Solutions.
