Nislick brings more than 25 years of experience building and scaling global marketing organizations for some of the most recognized companies in cybersecurity.

Nislick will lead Orca’s global marketing strategy, driving brand, demand generation, product marketing and communications as the company continues to expand its AI-powered cloud security platform. Her appointment comes at a time of rapid innovation and growth for Orca, as enterprises seek to simplify security operations, reduce tool sprawl and secure increasingly complex multi-cloud and AI environments.

Most recently, Nislick served as Vice President of Revenue Marketing at Darktrace, where she led global demand generation, pipeline acceleration, and go-to-market initiatives, contributing to the company’s scale toward $1B in ARR and played a key role in its take-private acquisition by Thoma Bravo. Prior to that, she was VP of Growth Marketing at Mimecast, where she helped drive the company’s growth journey from $150M toward $1B in ARR and was part of its acquisition by Permira. Additionally, she held senior marketing roles at Veracode and PTC, building deep expertise across the full marketing function and significantly contributing to long-term growth.

Nislick is recognized for building collaborative, high-performing teams and for fostering strong cross-functional alignment across sales, product and customer success. Her leadership philosophy reflects Orca’s belief that security is a team sport, requiring close partnership across security, IT and DevOps to drive meaningful outcomes.
