Hydraulic Technologies Acquires Foxtrot Industriel

ROSEMONT, Ill.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Hydraulic Technologies (“HT”), a designer, engineer, and manufacturer of high-pressure hydraulic tools and equipment and a portfolio company of Wynnchurch Capital, L.P. (“Wynnchurch”), today announced the acquisition of Foxtrot Industriel (“Foxtrot” or the “Company”), a manufacturer of motorized industrial handling equipment.

Headquartered in Saint-Hyacinthe, Québec, Foxtrot designs and manufactures motorized industrial handling equipment used to safely lift, transport, and position heavy machinery within manufacturing and industrial environments. The Company’s product portfolio includes motorized dollies, heavy lift robots, bridge load-spreader systems, and related accessories.
