Molly Weiss Named Chief Technology Officer and Head of Digital Innovation

SAN ANTONIO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Victory Capital Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: VCTR) (“Victory Capital” or “the Company”) today announced that it has named Molly Weiss as Chief Technology Officer and Head of Digital Innovation. In her new role with Victory Capital, Ms. Weiss will be a member of the Executive Committee and have overall responsibility for the Company’s technology infrastructure, including its artificial intelligence (AI) framework, and data and analytics platform. Additionally, she will lead the Direct Investor Business.

Ms. Weiss brings more than two decades of experience in technology, sales and service, product management and operations. She was previously Group President of Wealth Platforms at Envestnet Financial Technology, with a focus on driving product expansion and strategy. During her tenure with the firm, Ms. Weiss also championed the launch of next-generation technology solutions and orchestrated transformative user experience initiatives.
