At MODEX 2026, KNAPP will demonstrate how companies can rise to new dimensions in performance with the industry’s most complete offering of integrated automation, robotics and software solutions. Powered by KNAPP Brain—the industry’s first artificial intelligence layer designed specifically for digital value chains—KNAPP will showcase its automation systems and intelligent software solutions that were designed to build value across every step of the value chain, from production and distribution to Last Mile Delivery.

The KNAPP booth will feature a live demonstration of the AeroBots—autonomous warehouse robots that move freely in three dimensions while storing, retrieving and picking goods dynamically and efficiently. The AeroBot system won the “Best Product Award” at LogiMAT 2025 and, more recently, the “Best of Industry Award” from MM MaschinenMarkt, a leading German magazine that provides industrial value chain coverage.

While AeroBot excels in the midrange performance field, KNAPP’s Evo Shuttle 2D delivers high performance movement vertically and horizontally, and the Evo Shuttle 1D supports high inventory turnover with consistently strong throughput. As a future member of this comprehensive family of storage solutions, KNAPP will unveil a new design concept of a new bot-based storage system at LogiMAT in Stuttgart, Germany. This concept targets the upper end of throughput and sequencing performance and represents the next generation of high-performance robotics. More information will be distributed on March 25, 2026, and KNAPP experts will be available at MODEX with additional details.

KNAPP will also introduce KNAPP Brain. As distribution networks grow more complex and customer expectations accelerate, traditional reactive automation is no longer sufficient. KNAPP Brain unifies AI-driven processes across the value chain—predicting demand, optimizing fulfillment, enhancing last mile execution and more. Its purpose is clear: enable systems that learn, adapt, and stay ahead. Stefan Schober, Principal Software & Automation Consultant at KNAPP, will present “The Intelligent Supply Chain: Beyond Automation to AI & Augmented Operations” on Tuesday, April 14 from 11:15 AM–12:00 PM in Theater F.

Beyond robotics, KNAPP will showcase its all-in-one software portfolio. This unified solution integrates WMS, WES and WCS functionality into a cohesive framework, orchestrating warehouse operations through KiSoft or SAP® EWM by KNAPP. Both options provide the precision, transparency and integration needed to optimize performance across the value chain. Highlighting this flexibility, KNAPP recently announced that the AeroBot system is now integrated into KNAPP’s SAP landscape. More information is available here.

Another innovation within KNAPP’s software offering is the KiSoft Delivery Solution, which connects warehouse, transport and last mile operations to support next- and same-day delivery strategies. KNAPP experts will explain how dynamically calculating delivery windows, optimizing routes and monitoring vehicle capacity help build value all the way through last mile delivery.

To round out its innovation announcements, KNAPP will present a modernized, data-driven service approach to customer service. In North America, the evolution is reinforced by a new leadership team and the upcoming launch of the MultiSite Control Center, providing centralized, real-time support to reduce unplanned downtime. Deep Tayal, recently promoted SVP of Customer Service for North America, will be at the KNAPP booth to discuss how these lifecycle strategies strengthen long-term operational performance. Tayal will also join Andy Salznig, COO of KNAPP North America, and Wanda Johnson, Supply Chain Technology Fellow at Deloitte Consulting, in a panel discussion titled “Collaboration in Motion: Navigating the Automation Journey,” hosted by Gary Master, President & CEO of AGILE Business Media & Events, on Wednesday, April 15 from 10:30 AM–11:15 AM in Theater G.

Chris James, Director of Sales, Partners & Products at KNAPP, will participate in a panel sponsored by integration partner Designed Conveyor Systems (DCS), “Integrators vs. Consultants vs. OEMs: Choosing the Right Partner for Material Handling Success.” It will take place Tuesday, April 14 from 1:30 PM–2:15 PM in Theater A.
