Kōloa Landing Resort Announces Sixth Annual Kaua‘i Poke Fest, a Benefit for Alzheimer’s Association, Returning June 19-20, 2026

POʻIPŪ, Hawaii--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Kōloa Landing Resort will host the Sixth Annual Kaua‘i Poke Fest on June 19–20, 2026, bringing together top chefs, local artisans, and food lovers for a high-energy celebration of Hawai‘i’s most iconic dish. Led by the “Godfather of Poke,” Chef Sam Choy, the premier culinary event has become a must-attend summer festival. In recognition of June as Alzheimer’s & Brain Awareness Month, this year’s event will also serve as a fundraiser for the Alzheimer’s Association, Hawai‘i Chapter.

Poke Masters’ Table Dinner June 19, 2026 | 6 p.m.

The festival begins Friday with the Poke Masters’ Table Dinner, an intimate experience hosted by James Beard Award-winning Chef Sam Choy. Held in the resort’s Grand Ballroom, the multi-course dinner features the return of celebrity chefs Sheldon Simeon and Ronnie Rainwater with curated pairings and storytelling honoring Hawai‘i’s culinary heritage. Tickets are $250 and include hosted bar access.

Saturday’s Kaua‘i Poke Fest transforms the resort into a celebration, uniting professional and amateur poke makers in a live competition featuring more than 1,000 pounds of fresh poke prepared on site. Guests can sample traditional and innovative creations, enjoy live Hawaiian entertainment, and watch a poke-making demonstration by Chef Choy.

All guests are invited to the opening ceremony at 3 p.m., setting the stage for a festive afternoon. VIP ticket holders receive early tasting access beginning at 3 p.m., with general admission at 4 p.m. General admission tickets are $150 and VIP Early Access is $200, both including hosted bar access. A Poke Masters’ Table + VIP bundle is offered at $375.
