Navvis Appoints Tim Elliott as Chief Executive Officer

Co-founder and long-time company executive has an established track record of accelerating performance and transformation for health systems, health plans, and physician enterprises nationwide

Elliott, a healthcare industry veteran with over 30 years of experience, is one of Navvis’ founders and has served the company in several prominent roles, including president, chief corporate development officer, and executive vice president and general counsel. He is also the chief executive officer of Navvis’ parent company, Surround Care, and will continue in that role. The appointment positions Navvis for continued growth, expanding its partnerships with some of the largest and most innovative health systems, health plans, and physician enterprises in the U.S.

Elliott’s expertise spans important healthcare disciplines including strategic partnership models, physician payment constructs, risk-based strategies, and value-based care and population health operations, with a deep understanding of the balance between and drivers of performance in both volume- and value-based initiatives. During Elliott’s tenure at Navvis, the company accomplished several industry firsts and recognition in prestigious programs and research. Highlights include:

  • Developing the country’s first and only state-wide payment transformation initiative in Hawaii, resulting in the transition of virtually all (95%+) primary care physicians to value-based payments;
