The study results will be published in a comprehensive ISG Provider Lens® report, called Specialty Analytics and AI Services — GRCF, scheduled to be released in August 2026. The report will cover companies that specialize in analytics and AI services for GRCF functions.

Enterprise buyers will be able to use information from the report to evaluate their current vendor relationships, potential new engagements and available offerings, while ISG advisors use the information to recommend providers to the firm’s buy-side clients.

As companies scale digital operations, they often face stricter regulatory requirements, more diverse risks and more sophisticated fraud. AI’s role in addressing these challenges is rapidly expanding. Across industries, companies are reshaping their GRCF capabilities by using analytics and AI intelligence as a central capability for smarter, faster and more accountable decision-making. Leading enterprises are investing in tailored advanced analytics solutions and partnering with specialist providers that offer domain expertise, prebuilt accelerators and proven operating models.

“Enterprises are replacing fragmented, manual GRCF processes with integrated, AI-enabled systems that provide clearer visibility and faster insights,” said Namratha Darshan, chief business leader at ISG. “By applying predictive analytics and generative AI across GRCF operations, organizations can respond more quickly to regulatory changes, detect anomalies earlier and make more informed, accountable decisions.”

ISG has distributed surveys to more than 25 providers of AI and analytics services for GRCF. Working in collaboration with ISG’s global advisors, the research team will produce one quadrant representing the analytics and AI services that typical enterprises are buying for GRCF functions, based on ISG’s experience working with its clients. The quadrant is:

  • Specialty Analytics and AI Services — GRCF, evaluating AI and analytics service providers that deliver domain-aligned solutions designed for GRCF functions. The providers are assessed on their ability to customize analytics and AI solutions for these functions and process structured and unstructured data from operational systems, regulatory feeds and transactional data.

The study will cover the global GRCF analytics and AI services market and examine products and services available globally. ISG analysts Manav Deep Sachdeva and Saravanan M S will serve as authors of the report.

A list of identified providers and vendors and further details on the study are available in this digital brochure. Companies not listed as specialty GRCF analytics and AI service providers can contact ISG and ask to be included in the study.

All 2026 ISG Provider Lens® evaluations feature expanded customer experience (CX) data that measures actual enterprise experience with specific provider services and solutions, based on ISG’s continuous CX research.
