Lev brings extensive experience leading complex, high-volume acquisition programs across the services and automotive sectors. Prior to joining Amerit, he served as Head of Corporate Development at The Boyd Group, a $5+ billion collision repair consolidator, where he built and led a team responsible for delivering hundreds of millions of dollars in revenue growth through over 100 successful acquisitions. Earlier in his career, he worked in private equity and management consulting, focusing on growth strategy and transformation.
