Mastercard Board of Directors Announces Quarterly Dividend

Company Sets Date for Annual Meeting of Stockholders

PURCHASE, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Mastercard Incorporated (NYSE: MA) today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of 87 cents per share. The cash dividend will be paid on May 8, 2026 to holders of record of its Class A common stock and Class B common stock as of April 9, 2026.

Additionally, the company announced that its annual meeting of stockholders will take place on June 16, 2026 at 8:30 a.m. Eastern Time. When filed, the definitive proxy statement will confirm the format and location of the meeting. Stockholders of record as of the close of business on April 21, 2026 will be entitled to vote.
