FirmaPak Acquires Easy Plastic Containers Corporation

Acquisition Adds Canadian Manufacturing Facilities and Strengthens Customer Relationships

TORONTO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--FirmaPak, a rapidly growing manufacturer of blow molded packaging solutions, announced today the acquisition of Easy Plastic Containers Corporation, a Canadian blow molder of plastic bottles across multiple industries, including health and beauty, food and beverage, pharmaceutical, industrial, and automotive.

Founded in 1979, Easy Plastics provides custom and stock packaging solutions from two manufacturing facilities near Toronto, Ontario. The company was started by the late George Seretis and the late Chris Grigoriadis and is managed today by Nick Seretis, Andy Seretis, Geena Grigoriadis, and Nick Vayenas. The acquisition expands FirmaPak’s geographic footprint into Canada, broadens its capabilities in personal care and pharmaceutical packaging, and strengthens long-standing customer relationships.

With the addition of Easy Plastics, FirmaPak now operates manufacturing facilities in Kansas, Missouri, Pennsylvania, California, and Ontario.
