Onapsis Strengthens Go-To-Market Leadership to Accelerate Global Growth and Partner-Led Expansion
BOSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Onapsis, the global leader in SAP cybersecurity and compliance, today announced the expansion of its go-to-market leadership team with three key executive appointments: Mark Francetic as Global Head of Partners & Alliances, John LoVerme as Head of North America Sales and Nadine Rahman as Head of International Go-To-Market. Together, they will further Onapsis’ partnership program and help meet the demands of the company’s growing customer base.
These strategic hires reflect Onapsis’ continued momentum and increasing market demand for proactive SAP security. This demand was only accelerated by an unprecedented wave of SAP zero-day vulnerabilities and heightened exposure across manufacturing and other business-critical industries in 2025.
“After a year that fundamentally reshaped how organizations view the risk of enterprise applications, it’s clear that SAP security is no longer optional—it’s foundational,” said Mariano Nuñez, CEO and co-founder of Onapsis. “With Mark, John, and Nadine joining our team, we’re doubling down on global execution, partner-led scale, and helping more customers protect the systems that run their businesses.”
Accelerating Partner-Led Growth
As Global Head of Partners & Alliances, Mark Francetic will lead Onapsis’ global partner strategy across SAP, global system integrators (GSIs), value-added resellers, and strategic technology partners. He brings more than 25 years of experience building and scaling alliances across cloud, identity and cybersecurity markets. In his role, Mark will accelerate Onapsis’ partner-led growth and strengthen its joint go-to-market execution, positioning Onapsis as the partner of choice for securing business-critical digital transformations worldwide.
Most recently, Mark served as SVP of Global Alliances at Saviynt, where he built the company’s GSI strategy and drove significant partner-influenced growth, including large global deals with Accenture, Deloitte, and PwC. Prior to that, he led global alliances at ForgeRock during its path to IPO.
Expanding Commercial Leadership Across Regions
John LoVerme, newly appointed Head of North America Sales, brings deep experience scaling security software businesses. He began his career at Rapid7, where he successfully led the enterprise sales team through an IPO and later spent more than a decade leading global sales at Prevalent, helping guide the company through significant growth and its successful acquisition by Mitratech in 2024. John will focus on scaling revenue via new logo acquisition and strategic partner initiatives in North America.
To ensure strategic international growth, Nadine Rahman assumes the newly elevated role of Head of International GTM, overseeing international field sales, global go-to-market strategy, and ecosystem development. Nadine brings more than 20 years of global leadership experience in over 30 countries, including CXO roles in industrial automation, SAP, and the SAP ecosystem. All underpinned by a foundation as an SAP project consultant and ABAP developer, Nadine will focus on scaling international revenue, expanding new logo acquisition, and driving adoption of the Onapsis Platform.
"With increased market demand for our innovative products, my focus remains on building a world-class go-to-market engine. I am excited to announce that Mark Francetic (Head of Global Partner and Alliances), John LoVerme (Head of NA Sales), and Nadine Rahman (Head of International GTM) have joined Onapsis to lead this charge,” says Paul “PK” Kleinschnitz, chief revenue officer at Onapsis. “Together, we will leverage our rich partner ecosystem to accelerate our growth and deliver unparalleled value to our customers."
Market Momentum and Ecosystem Expansion
These leadership appointments follow Onapsis’ continued investment in strategic ecosystem integrations, including recent collaborations with CrowdStrike and Microsoft, further strengthening its ability to help organizations detect, respond to, and recover from advanced SAP-focused cyber threats.
