The partnership combines Snaile’s intelligent parcel management technology with Elvora’s real estate footprint and local expertise, expanding secure, efficient access to e-commerce infrastructure across northern Québec.

Building Smart Delivery Infrastructure at Scale
Under the partnership, Snaile will deploy its award-winning smart locker hardware, software, and monitoring platform, enabling secure, cloud-managed delivery infrastructure across all sites. The system integrates real-time analytics, encrypted access, and centralized monitoring to support high-volume, multi-use environments.

Elvora will leverage its extensive properties and locations, permitting capabilities, and local relationships to integrate the technology across residential, retail, commercial, and industrial properties throughout the Abitibi region.

The rollout will begin in early 2026, with phased expansion to reach up to 200 operational smart locker sites within the next 24 months, establishing Abitibi as a provincial leader in connected delivery infrastructure.
