Merck Announces Second-Quarter 2026 Dividend

RAHWAY, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Merck (NYSE: MRK), known as MSD outside of the United States and Canada, announced today that the Board of Directors has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.85 per share of the company’s common stock for the second quarter of 2026. Payment will be made on April 7, 2026, to shareholders of record at the close of business on March 16, 2026.
