iA Financial Group Honoured in Forbes’ 2026 Ranking of Canada's Best Employers

QUEBEC CITY--(BUSINESS WIRE)--According to Forbes' ranking of Canada's top employers, iA Financial Group ranks first among Canada's largest publicly traded insurers.

To compile its 11th annual list of Canada's Best Employers in 2026, Forbes conducted an online survey of over 37,000 Canadian employees who work for companies with 500 or more employees. The employees were asked to fill in a form and rate their employer on a number of criteria, including compensation programs, work flexibility, training opportunities and leadership programs.

Forbes selected the 300 organizations with the highest scores. iA Financial Group ranks 1st among Canada's largest publicly traded insurers.

"We are extremely proud that iA Financial Group has been recognized by Forbes as one of Canada's top employers. This recognition is a testament to our ongoing commitment to supporting employee development, valuing performance and creating an inclusive, flexible work environment," said Stephanie Butt Thibodeau, Executive Vice-President and Chief Talent and Culture Officer. "We firmly believe that by putting learning and continuous improvement at the heart of our practices, we empower our teams to flourish and reach new heights, while making a positive contribution to society and our communities. This recognition is perfectly in line with our new employer signature: ‘Your talent counts, get ahead.’”

In July, iA Financial Group was also named by Forbes as the best auto insurance provider in Canada on its World's Best Auto Insurance Companies list. This prestigious prize is awarded in collaboration with Statista, the world leader in market research.
