Argonaut Private Equity Sells VoidForm Products to White Cap

TULSA, Okla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Argonaut Private Equity announced it has completed the sale of VoidForm Products to White Cap, the leading distributor of specialty construction supplies and safety products for professional contractors.

Founded in 2004, Argonaut is a Tulsa, Okla.-based private equity firm with more than $2 billion of capital deployed since inception.
